1: Arrival in Lima, reception and transfer to

2: CUSCO
Transfer from your hotel to the airport for your flight to Cuzco.
Upon arrival in Cuzco, we will meet you at the airport and transfer
you to your hotel. Afternoon guided city tour of the four ruins
nearby; the Sacsayhuaman Fortress overlooking the city of Cuzco,
a pre Inca architectural masterpiece; Kenko, a rock sanctuary
whose main attraction is the monolithic altar representing a
puma, the red Fortress of Puca-Pucara and Tambomachay, a beautiful
fountain fed by a spring forming a series of basins continue
to the city of Cuzco; the Main Square, the Cathedral and the

3: SACRED VALLEY TOUR
After breakfast, we will pick you up for a full day tour of
the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Visit the village of Pisac,
founded during colonial times and set at the foot of a hill
crowned by the remains of an Inca city. On Sundays, Tuesdays
and Thursdays, in the main square, Indians barter their products
and artisans from all over the area sell their woven alpaca
wool blankets and ponchos, engraved gourds, antique reproductions,
jewelry, etc. On Sundays it is also the meeting place for mayors
from all the villages in the region, dressed in their traditional
costumes to attend morning mass. After lunch, we will visit
Ollantaytambo, the only Inca town which was not overthrown by
the conquistadores, and explore the ruins which tower above
it. Our last stop is the small town of Chinchero and there unique

4: CUSCO-BANOS TEMALES de LARES-WACAHUASI
We will leave by bus early in the morning and head to the Lares
Valley where we will be able to enjoy the thermal baths. We
will start our long walk from this location. On the way, we
will see different farm lands, stone constructions of some houses
and beautiful landscapes. After our lunch we will continue walking
until arriving to the Wacahuasi site where we will make our
first camp.

5: WACAHUASI-ABRA de ESPAY-PATACANCHA
Alter a breakfast, we start the long walk to Abra de Espay (4400m)continuing
our adventure we will have a spectacular view of the snowcapped
mountains Veronica (5750m)and Condor (4100m) and also we will
be able to see Alpacas, Llamas and Vicuñas. Finally we
descent to the village Patacancha(3800m) to set up our camp
for the evening.

6: PATACANCHA-WILLOQ-OLLANTAYTAMBO
After a breakfast we start the long walk to the village Willoq.
This village is of great importance for the colorful weavings
that the local people produce. In the afternoon, we continue
our tour visiting the archaeological site Puma Marca. Then,
following a platform route, we arrive at the town of Ollantaytambo
to visit the fortress and spend the night in a local hostel.

7: OLLANTAYTAMBO-MACHU PICCHU-CUSCO
After a breakfast we take the train to Aguas Calientes and then
take the bus up to the citadel of Machu Picchu citadel. You
will then be given a tour of the ruins for about 2 hours. You
will then have time to explore the ruins on your own or join
the group for lunch in Aguas Calientes. At about 4pm, we will
take the return train to Cusco and your hotel. Hotel Garcilaso
Day 8: transfer
to the airport for your return flight to Lima and then home.
